Heading Into '08

It's barely a week since the mid-term elections ended, and already potential 2008 Presidential candidates are lining up. And so far, the news is looking good for opponents of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."
According to CBS News, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani has taken the first steps to launching a bid for the White House. In 1999, Guiliani's aides told the New York Times that the Mayor supports repeal of the military's gay ban. And, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, a top Democratic contender for the Presidency, reiterated her support for repeal just a few weeks ago.
The political stars seem to be in alignment, with both Democratic and Republican pro-repeal candidates entering the '08 race.
